Usually the fund will be credited into your trading account within 30 minutes after the deposit is completed successfully.
If this isn't the case after 30 minutes, most likely it is due to one of the reasons below:
1. Third party transfer (*Please note that we do not accept third party transfer, or the fund will be returned).
2. Did not upload the correct receipt after making the transfer.
3. The transfer amount is different with the amount in the deposit order.
4. Entered the wrong bank account details during transfer.
5. Habitual transfer to previous bank account which might not be in use anymore.
6. Entered sensitive words during transfer.
